KAISER CARES

A few months ago, I went to see my doctor at Kaiser regarding my wrist and ended up receiving a gift. I discovered my blood pressure was like a kite flying high up in the sky, as if that wasn't enough, my stress level was like a pool of sharks who couldn't decide which piece of meat to eat. That was the start of my Kaiser education.

I have never been a person who liked going to the doctors, however that has changed. I had appointments to see one doctor for this another doctor for that it became a job all on it's own. In each and every situation, I received kindness, thoughtfulness and what I felt was sincere concern for my general well-being.

One of my doctors, no! two or three of them though it would be good for me to talk to someone about my stress. My first thought was, that's what people do who have serious problems. Well, I figured I would just go with it because they had my best interest in mind. Kaiser hit the ball out the park!! with that move, because it lead me to Kaiser health education classes. If I had known of these classes a year ago, I could have made some informed choices. I am currently in Mind-Body Health, I will talk about that in my next post.
